What is the best way to use the CalmCore™ Facial Gua Sha?

1. Prepare the skin
Begin with freshly cleansed skin and apply a few drops of your favourite facial oil or serum. This allows the gua sha tool to glide effortlessly while protecting the skin from unnecessary pulling.
2. Open the lymphatic pathway
Before working on the face, gently glide the tool downward along the sides of the neck toward the collarbone. This step helps encourage lymphatic flow and prepares the drainage pathway.
3. Sculpt and sweep the face
Using light, gentle pressure, glide the tool in slow strokes from the centre of the face outward:
- Sweep from the chin toward the ears
- Glide from the sides of the nose across the cheeks toward the ears
- Move from the brows upward toward the hairline
These movements help guide fluid toward the natural lymphatic drainage points around the ears and down the neck.
4. Finish the ritual
Complete your routine by once again sweeping down the sides of the neck toward the collarbone, encouraging fluid to drain away from the face.
