Showering provides time for quiet thinking, its refreshing and re-sets you mentally and physically. Everyone has their own routine in the shower which stemmed from childhood practices and culture.

When I became pregnant, I found it hard to wash my feet and back as I naturally grew. I had to change up my favourite part of the day and felt disheartened by gaining weight, when I shouldn't have. Growing a baby is the most beautiful gift and as we grow, so does our healthy baby, it should be celebrated.
